Human Being and Universe Merge into One

This method is actually a kind of sitting meditation, in buddhist, taoist and yoga there are also some similar meditation methods.

But this method is more easier to understand and practice, and the effect comes more fast. Not only can relax your body and mind, eliminate disease and prolong life, but also can open wisdom and improve eyesight, train concentrating the mind.

Preparation

Sitting on the chair, the body is upright, relax the whole body, close the eyes gently. Imagine the universe energy come to around us and inside the body.

Method One: Human Being and Universe Merge into One

Image your body and everything around you merge to the universe into oneness, the universe is very even, very fine, formless, boundless, seems empty but not empty.

Method Two: Calm and Watch Dantian

Image the lower dantian is the center of the universe, keep the body figure stable, concentrate the mind, aware of the lower dantian, while illuminate, whatever any feeling you feel, just keep watch, ignore it, the mind like a mirror, while things come, they appear; while things go, they disappear, never distinguish.

Ending

When you feel difficult to concentrate, overlap the plams on the navel, rest for three minutes. Separate the hands to the sides, slowly open the eyes.
